Dr Naomi Hunter is a leading phlebologist in the region, with close to 30 years of experience behind her. She graduated in medicine from the University of Newcastle in 1985. Following her years of internship and residency, she commenced general practice in Newcastle in 1988. In 1989, she commenced training in the field of Phlebology at the Cardiovascular Centre, Newcastle under the tutelage of Dr Alan Bray and Dr Paul Thibault, both prominent pioneers in this field.
Dr Hunter runs her practice, Hunter Vein Clinic, out of the Vascular One rooms at Toronto and East Maitland. She continues to take an active interest in the latest developments in phlebology treatment modalities.
